I build products that work.
Full-stack developer with a product mindset. I turn complex problems into clean, performant solutions — from SaaS platforms to game server systems.

What I can build for you
Whether you need a complete product or help on a specific layer of the stack, I deliver pragmatic solutions that ship.
Backend & API Engineering
Scalable REST APIs, real-time systems, and server-side architecture. Built for performance, reliability, and maintainability under load.
Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
Container orchestration, microservice architecture, and self-hosted infrastructure. Designing systems that scale horizontally and fail gracefully.
Distributed Systems & Architecture
Modular, distributed system design from the ground up. Inter-service communication, data consistency, and scalable backend platforms.
Real experience, real results
No inflated metrics. Here's what I've actually built and shipped.
Trenend.eu — Large-Scale Minecraft Infrastructure
Led engineering and operations of one of the largest Czech-Slovak economic Minecraft servers. Designed scalable gameplay systems, custom backend plugins, server-side architecture, and managed infrastructure growth.
Java plugins · BungeeCord · MySQL · Infrastructure scaling
Batlify.com — Engineering Team Lead
Led a team of 4 developers at Batlify.com. Coordinated technical direction, architecture decisions, and delivery.
Team lead · Architecture · Technical direction
Freelancer
Worked as a freelancer for some international development groups, delivering more than 30 projects across various domains — from web platforms to game server systems.
Communication · Full-stack development · Backend systems · APIs
Independent System Designer
Designed and built multiple production systems independently — from modular backend platforms to distributed service architectures — without external mentorship.
Backend systems · Kubernetes · Microservices · Self-hosted
Selected work
A handful of projects that represent the range of problems I enjoy solving.
Trenend.eu
One of the largest Czech-Slovak economic Minecraft servers with 1M registrations and 50,000 monthly users in 2021. Led backend architecture, custom gameplay systems, and infrastructure scaling across a multi-server network.
Modular Java plugin architecture on Spigot/Paper, Kubernetes orchestration, MySQL-backed economy systems, and web management panels.
Batlify.com
Led a team of 4 developers building the Batlify platform. Responsible for backend architecture, technical direction, and delivery coordination across the engineering team.
Distributed backend services, REST API design, team-wide architecture decisions, and CI/CD pipeline setup. Focused on modular, maintainable service boundaries.
Modular Backend Framework for Batlify.com
A self-built modular backend framework for rapid service development. Designed to reduce boilerplate across microservice projects with shared infrastructure primitives.
TypeScript-first, pluggable architecture, with custom dependency injector, and built-in support for REST API scaffolding and service lifecycle management.
Housing Universe - A Kubernetes-native Minecraft metaverse
Designed and developed a full-fledged Kubernetes-native, modular solution for one of my biggest projects - Housing Universe.
Custom Kubernetes controllers, Helm charts, and IaC-first approach. Modular design with components auto-loading from S3-based configuration server.
Got a project in mind?
I'm open to new freelance work and interesting collaborations.
How I work
I'm a self-taught developer who started by building Minecraft servers and grew into a full-stack engineer who ships real products for real clients. I care about craft — writing code that's readable, modular, maintainable, and does exactly what it needs to.
I work best in direct, async-friendly relationships where expectations are clear and trust is high. No hand-holding required.
System design decisions compound. Getting the architecture right early reduces cost, complexity, and rewrites later.
Scalability is a design constraint, not an afterthought. Modular boundaries, horizontal scaling, and loose coupling are defaults.
Understanding the full stack — from application code to the underlying infrastructure — means fewer blind spots and faster debugging.
“Great software design is an art discipline — not only that it looks great, but also works. The way that a user never has to think about it.”
